- How long do assessment reports take to complete?
Typically we can allocate a suitable therapist within 24 hours and can see you within one week. An assessment normally requires one visit, sometimes two. We will provide a report to you within 14 days of the assessment date.
- How experienced are your therapists?
At Plexus we only recruit the most experienced professionals. Most have over ten years post qualifying experience and have worked as senior occupational therapists in the NHS.
- How long does a therapy programme take?
It depends on your condition and how you respond to treatment. Following your assessment we will be able to give you a good idea as to how much therapy you might need and how much it will cost.
- Do you charge by the hour?
No we don’t. Most of our products and services are at a fixed fee. We will let you know this prior to starting any work, following the assessment. If you require any more information regarding this please call us on 01206 864582
- Can you source equipment for me?
Yes we can. We have access to thousands of pieces of equipment that can help you be more independent in your home. And we can arrange delivery to you and check it is fitted safely.
- Can you provide other sorts of therapists?
Yes we can link you in to these services but they are not employed by Plexus healthcare. We have links to physiotherapists, speech and language therapists and psychologists. Our OTs will undertake an assessment with you and if they feel, in consultation with you, that you need a complementary service, we can link you to the service.

- Can you provide services like home care?
Although we don’t provide home care directly we work with partners who we trust to provide an excellent service whether its for respite, personal care or live-in services.
